A select new mews development comprising four town houses in the centre of historic Penzance, this site called for very careful planning and co-ordination of all deliveries and tradesmen given its location off a very tight one way street. Extensive demolitions works were required prior to the main construction works, together with the remediation of the Japanese knotweed infestation.
Reclaimed granite blocks were incorporated in the front walling as a detailed feature, with the old boundary walling being made good by specialist stonemasons.
The town houses were all finished to a high standard incorporating engineered-oak flooring and solid timber doors. Natural slates were used to clad the new dormers and main roofs together with cladding on the main elevations. All properties benefitted from new 10 year warranties by Premier Guarantee.
Eliot Developments (SW) Ltd were delighted that all properties sold off plan to local people.
